– nutrition guidelines as macronutrient breakdown according to your goal. This will be updated regularly and as much as necessary. Changes may be made weekly in some circumstances.
– 24/7 ability to contact your coach who will use this platform to respond during dedicated hours.
– phone call catch ups every week to run through weekly feedback, make adjustments to plan or address any questions about each athletes upcoming plans.
